1/ Opening dates

The campsite « Les Prairies de la Mer » is open from April 02nd till October 15th, 2010. "PITIPITIPA" mobil homes are only available for rent during that period.

2/ Duration of rent

Mobilhomes are available on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday. On arrival, they are available from 4.00 pm onwards and must be vacated before 10.00 am on departure date. Outside the peak season ( july & august), the rental period may be flexible ( night booking possible). We cannot guaranty the booking of a specific Mobilhome number but we will try our best to accommodate the client request. Upon arrival, clients must check in at the "PITIPITIPA" reception.

3/ Reservation

The booking becomes firm when the tenant will have returned to the owner an advance of 30 % of the global amount of the rent as well as a copy of the signed contract. This within 10 days following the expedition of the contract. On arrival, the tenant makes a commitment to pay the balance of the rent.

The number of occupants cannot exceed the number indicated on this contract, at the risk of termination of the rent. An inventory of fixtures and fittings  will be drawn up in a contradictory way at the beginning and at the end of the stay. Any deterioration, breaking or loss will give place to immediate compensation on behalf of the tenant.

The secondary installations are strictly reserved for the only occupants of the mobilhome and under their whole responsibility. The tenant is responsible for the maintenance of the mobilhome and for its cleaning before his departure, for lack of which the deposit can be retained. The  final cleaning  can be taken care of by "PITIPITIPA" for a price of 30 €.

Every booking includes the parking space for a single vehicle. Any supplementary vehicle or visitor will have to use the paying car parks and inform the "PITIPITIPA" reception. We remind you that the maximal speed inside the campsite is strictly limited to 15 km per hour.

During the peak season i.e July and August, scooters or any other 2 wheels vehicle except for motorbikes will be prohibited on the site and will have to park on special parking places. The tourist tax is 70 cents per adults per day.

This reservation is considered that you have accepted the conditions of hiring mobilhomes from "PITIPITIPA" at the campsite “the Prairies de la Mer” and your signature confirms that you understand.

4/ Deposit

On arrival clients must leave a deposit of 150 €. This will be refunded on the day of departure after the mobilhome has been checked for INVENTORY and CLEANLINESS . Should the clients have to depart out of office opening hours the deposit will be send back by mail after checking as describe above. The management reserves the right to keep all of part of the deposit in case of non respect of the basic rules of hygiene or of the rented material.

5/ Equipment of Mobilhomes

Our mobilhomes are fully equipped with cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, refrigerator and bedding. Bed linen (sheets and pillow cases) and towels are not supplied, but can be hired on the site.

• Rent of linen : 15 € /week / mobilhome
• Baby kit (folding bed + highchair ) : 10 € / week
• Courtesy gaz BBQ possible according availability (limited stock)
• Coal barbecues as well as all open fires are strictly forbidden by law

Pitipitipa management cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of clients' personal belongings. SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES ARE AVAILABLE TO RENT AT THE CAMPSITE RECEPTION (i.e.: 2011 Rental tariff: 15€ /week + 15€ deposit).

6/ Pets

Pets are accepted free of charge. Pet owners must keep their pets on a lead and will be held responsible at all times for both the hygiene and the behaviour of their animal(s) during their stay. In case of problems, irresponsible owners may be requested to leave the resort.
Please note: Pets are not allowed on the beach according to Local Authorities' law.

7/ Cancellation

a. In case of cancellation we would ask you to inform us as soon as possible by fax or email prior to written confirmation by registered mail enclosing a document of proving reason why.

b . Refunding without cancellation fee: We guarantee the refunding of all payments registered before arrival without any cancellation fee until the day before your arrival if the cancellation happens consequently to one of the following serious reasons:

* Illness, accident or death of the person whose name the reservation was made in, his/her spouse or immediate    descending/ascending relatives (parents, grand parents, children or grand children)
* Economic redundancy of the signatory or his/her spouse.

c. Refunding less cancellation fee: In any other case (not foreseen above) and if cancellation is received up to 60 days prior to your arrival, all recorded payments will be less 45€ cancellation fee.

d. No Refunding: Should cancellation not fall into the above mentioned cases and be received less than 45 days before arrival, no refunding can be made.

8/ insurances

The tenant gives evidence to be covered by a third-party insurance, covering his own responsibility and that of the other persons accommodated in the mobilhome
